مالک موظف است نقشه های چون ساخت را که مطابق با الزامات مبحث دوم مقررات ملی ساختمان از طریق مجری یا دفتر مهندسی یا مهندس مربوطه تهیه شده، همراه با شناسنامه فنی ساختمان برای انجام امور نگهداری به مسئول نگهداری ساختمان تحویل نماید.
